Sanne Madsen

Sanne holds a Master’s degree in Ethnology from the University of Copenhagen.

With a strong foundation in strategic advisory and human insights, she specializes in connecting deep qualitative understanding with actionable direction. Her approach was shaped through years of experience in leading strategy consultancies and as an independent advisor, focusing on how human needs and societal shifts drive meaningful change.

She is dedicated to using complex human insights as a foundation for initiatives that create genuine impact. Her experience spans from supporting long-term change in large-scale organisations to advising on projects focused on creating real value for people in the context of their everyday lives.

Marianne With

Marianne holds a BA in European Studies from Royal Holloway and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics.

She has worked as a management consultant across London, Berlin, and Stockholm, focusing on strategy, positioning, branding, innovation, and business development.

Her work spans both commercial and organisational contexts, always with a strong focus on how businesses create relevance and value.

She is currently writing a book exploring human longings and how they shape the choices we make in life.
