Sanne Madsen

Sanne holds a Master’s degree in Ethnology from the University of Copenhagen.

She has a background in management consulting. Earlier in her career, she worked at ReD Associates and co-founded a consultancy together with former McKinsey consultants, shaping her approach to connecting human understanding with strategic direction.

She works with translating deep human insight and societal change into strategy, innovation, and business development for local and international companies and organisations, across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Marianne With

Marianne holds a BA in European Studies from Royal Holloway and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics.

She has worked as a management consultant across London, Berlin, and Stockholm, focusing on strategy, positioning, branding, innovation, and business development.

Her work spans both commercial and organisational contexts, always with a strong focus on how businesses create relevance and value.

She is currently writing a book exploring human longings and how they shape the choices we make in life.
